These terms apply when you use sxmradioservices.com or buy products and services from SXM Services ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
SXM Services is an authorized dealer of SiriusXM Music for Business. We sell SiriusXM business plans and equipment, and we provide installation and radio support. SiriusXM, BrightSign, Sonos and Grace Digital are separate companies and own their trademarks.
SiriusXM plans
SiriusXM Music for Business plans are provided under SiriusXM's own service terms, which you will be asked to accept when your account is activated. Channel line-ups, features and plan prices are set by SiriusXM and can change.
Quotes and pricing
- Quote requests on this site are not orders. A quote is only confirmed when we send it to you in writing.
- Prices shown on the site are manufacturer suggested retail prices (MSRP). They can change and do not include shipping or taxes.
Orders and payment
We accept major credit cards. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any payment already taken for it.
Installation and support
Installation and support are scheduled with you in advance. You are responsible for giving us access to the location and for making sure the site is safe to work in. Support covers the equipment and services we sold you.
Warranty
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We help you make a warranty claim but do not give any warranty beyond the manufacturer's.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost sales, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Service area
We serve businesses in the United States and Canada. Availability of SiriusXM plans depends on your location.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
